The Certified Wireless Network Professional (CWNP) program is a local area network (LAN) training and certification program. The CWNP program is supported by more than 30 wireless local area network (WLAN) manufacturers.
The list includes all the major WLAN providers in the enterprise market, and many of them belong to the major direct markets. The CWNP program has a tiered approach, with qualifications ranging from entry-level to specialist. The CWNP entry-level certificate is wireless # (pronounced “wireless sharp”). The most basic and popular Wi-Fi hotspot in CWNP is the Authenticated Wireless Network Manager (CWNA). CWNA tests candidate knowledge of RF technology and site inspection, 802.11 rules and standards, 802.11 protocols and devices, and wireless network security and safety. Unidentified CWNA professionals work in more than 100 countries, according to the 2006 Salary Journal Certificate, the average annual salary of a certified CWNA professional is $ 73,690 per year.
Focusing on 802.11 business security, the Certified Wireless Security Professional (CWSP) certificate is very popular with business consultants and top engineers. Topics like WLAN detection, attacks, network surveillance, security solutions, and security policy are covered in staggering depth and, just as important, are in line with the latest security technology and offerings. The CWSP Certificate is among the top industrial IT certificates, according to the 2006 Certificate Rewards Survey, which measured the average annual salary for a web-based web engineer CWSP certificate of more than $ 88,000. CWNA and CWSP cover management and security, two of the most important aspects of WLAN implementation. But implementing and maintaining a WLAN business is not worth the experience.
